Thank you for your interest in private kitchen lessons with AJ DeDiego! My lessons operate as stated below:

-             These lessons are personalized one-on-one experiences catered to your specific wants and needs.

-             Lessons are discussed and planned based off specific recipes and techniques you wish to learn.

-             I travel to your kitchen for the lessons, so you are in your own comfortable environment and working space. If you do not wish to have lessons at home, please indicate your preferences in the question section below.

-             I offer both cooking and baking lessons. The next sheet has a list of foods for which you can rate your experience level and indicate anything specific you wish to learn.

-             My rate for lessons is $100 per hour. The average length per lesson ranges from 1.5-2 hours. I accept most forms of payment.

-             I ask the client to either have the ingredients ready for the lesson (recipes are sent in advance to prepare) or provide the cost for ingredients for me to pick them up.

-             You do not have to book a certain number of lessons at a time. You are free to book lessons one at a time.

-             At the beginning of each month, I send clients my availability for the month and we pick the days and times as well as the subjects for each lesson.

-             If you are unsure of which days you want to book lessons at the beginning of the month, I need a minimum of one week’s notice to book lessons in a shorter time frame.

-             You are not required to book a certain number of lessons. You are free to continue or stop lessons according to your own needs.
