A Few Notes On This Recipe:

-This is great to prepare in advance. Prepare the recipe until the point of putting it in the oven, then cover tightly and store for up to 2 days in the fridge.

-If you are baking this after it’s been chilled for a while, add about 20-25 minutes to the cook time.

-If you don’t like blue cheese, you can substitute any cheese you prefer!

Yield: 9x13-inch dish

Prep Time: 15 Minutes

Cook Time: 15 Minutes

Total Time: 30 Minutes

Ingredients:

16 oz Cream Cheese, Softened

1 Container Blue Cheese Crumbles

1 ½ Cups Ranch Dressing

½ Cup Franks Red Hot

2 Tsp Garlic Powder

16 Oz Mozzarella, Shredded

1 Rotisserie Chicken

Directions:

1.     Preheat your oven to 350 Degrees F and lightly grease a 9x13 inch dish with cooking spray.

2.      In a large bowl, add the cream cheese, blue cheese, ranch dressing, franks red hot, and garlic powder. Use a hand mixer to mix until smooth.

3.     Add in half the mozzarella, then remove all the meat from the rotisserie chicken and shred it, then add to the dip. Mix the cheese and chicken into the dip, then spread evenly into the 9x13 inch dish.

4.     Sprinkle the rest of the mozzarella on top and bake for 15 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly. Allow to cool for a few minutes before enjoying with tortilla chips!
